Kawat4d Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using any kawat4d services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the kawat4d platform through our website, mobile app, or any other digital channel we provide, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. If you have not reached that age, you are not permitted to register or use any services offered by kawat4d. This platform is intended exclusively for users in Malaysia.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. kawat4d reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after such changes are published will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
To use the kawat4d platform fully, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed. You must ensure that all personal information provided during registration is truthful and valid.
Password & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. kawat4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from third-party access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately. You agree not to share your login credentials with anyone.
User Responsibilities
All kawat4d users are required to comply with the following rules when using the platform:
- Not to use the platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities that could compromise the safety of other users.
- Not to attempt to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the platform's systems or software.
- Not to use automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from kawat4d.
- Not to engage in any form of syndicate settlement or account sharing that violates platform policy.
3. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the kawat4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). kawat4d supports local deposit and withdrawal methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, and FPX Online Banking. All deposits are processed according to each method's respective processing time.
To make a withdrawal, users are required to complete the identity verification (KYC) process first. This is a one-time mandatory security step to protect your account. Withdrawals that have been submitted cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
Kawat4d reserves the right to hold or review any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of platform terms. Should there be any discrepancy or issue relating to a transaction, users are required to notify kawat4d within 30 days from the date of the transaction in question.
Kawat4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from processing delays caused by third parties, including payment service providers or banking institutions.
4. Liability Limits & Account Policy

Kawat4d will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or changes in betting markets. This platform is provided "as is" without any implied or express warranty regarding continuous availability or the accuracy of information displayed.
Account Suspension & Closure
Kawat4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any of the stipulated terms, engaged in fraud, provided false information during registration, or participated in activities that compromise the security of the platform or other users. Any valid balance in an account closed for legitimate reasons will be returned to the user in accordance with our internal review process.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, logos, interface designs, text, graphics, images, and software on the kawat4d platform are the exclusive property of kawat4d or parties that have licensed their use to us. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from kawat4d.
The kawat4d platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. kawat4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of those links is entirely at the user's own risk. We recommend reading the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website before using it.
Kawat4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the kawat4d platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
